Lampros Zolotas
Executive Coach, Accredited Belbin Practitioner, Triathlete, Tech Leader, MSc in Organizational Development & Change Management
Lampros has over 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and leadership in a number of international roles for multiple organizations. During his career, he has been interested in working with and through others on a day-to-day basis to accomplish concrete business goals. He has achieved that by creating teams with a highly collaborative culture and social values that had proven resilient to challenges and changes. His postgraduate studies on Organizational change and Development along with his studies in Business and Leadership coaching drove him to further understand the needs of leaders and organizations and get off the ground, scaling their apodosis.
While training for his first half Ironman, failing in setting up his first business venture, he has been mentoring SMEs for Endeavor and startups for Found.ation. Spotting the opportunities and supporting people to develop and experiment with new, optimal behaviors is key in his coaching practice.

During the last 25 years, Katerina has trained thousands of
professionals, people with special needs and children. In 2009 she
founded Mousiko Parathyro, a Music Coaching Centre in Athens with a
mission to explore one’s inner musical identity.
As an executive coach (Impact’s Diploma in Executive Coaching and
Organizational Development AADCT), she specializes in the use of voice
for leaders.
Katerina’s vision is to give prominence to the fundamental role of voice
as a tool for development and evolution.

Michael Alexandratos
Executive coach, MBA
Michael has over a decade of experience in strategy, operations, and management serving multinational organizations globally. At Microsoft he works with startups and scaleups to find new ways to grow. As head of operations in the Greek startup Pandas, he built up the company from 4 to 40 employees. As a consultant for McKinsey & Company he led transformation efforts for banking, telecom and manufacturing conglomerates. As an executive coach, he coaches executives and trains teams to hone their management and problem solving skillsets.
Michael has studied Mechanical Engineering in NTUA, holds an MBA from INSEAD, and is a graduate of Impact’s Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organizational Development.
Angelos-Saverios Skempris
Executive Coach, Martial Arts Instructor, PhD in Electronic Engineering
An experienced R&D manager and consultant, Angelos has managed research and commercial software development teams and the delivery of projects in both the engineering and the social sectors. Having completed his studies as an Electrical & Electronic Engineer in Imperial College, London, he then took up a PhD in image processing and pattern recognition. He has helped start-ups, SMEs and research organisations successfully apply and deliver R&D projects worth over €30m in diverse sectors, such as Energy, Robotics, Healthcare, and others. As an Aikido instructor for more than 15 years, Angelos has coached adult practitioners in their evolutionary journey by helping them build a robust contact with their centre. Angelos is the founder of Evolution Dojo, a budo coaching centre dedicated to the development of their physical and mental skills, perception, inner peace and centre extension.
