Lampros Zolotas

Lampros has over 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and leadership in a number of international roles for multiple organizations. During his career, he has been interested in working with and through others on a day-to-day basis to accomplish concrete business goals. He has achieved that by creating teams with a highly collaborative culture and social values that had proven resilient to challenges and changes. His postgraduate studies on Organizational change and Development along with his studies in Business and Leadership coaching drove him to further understand the needs of leaders and organizations and get off the ground, scaling their apodosis.
While training for his first half Ironman, failing in setting up his first business venture, he has been mentoring SMEs for Endeavor and startups for Found.ation. Spotting the opportunities and supporting people to develop and experiment with new, optimal behaviors is key in his coaching practice.

Katerina Nikoloutsou

During the last 25 years, Katerina has trained thousands of
professionals, people with special needs and children. In 2009 she
founded Mousiko Parathyro, a Music Coaching Centre in Athens with a
mission to explore one’s inner musical identity.
As an executive coach (Impact’s Diploma in Executive Coaching and
Organizational Development AADCT), she specializes in the use of voice
for leaders.
Katerina’s vision is to give prominence to the fundamental role of voice
as a tool for development and evolution.

Katerina has over 29 years of experience in coaching, training, and voice development across diverse professional and personal contexts. During her career, she has been passionate about helping individuals and organizations communicate more effectively by understanding how subjective interpretations of reality impact relationships and business outcomes. She has achieved this by designing unique communication training and coaching sessions that inspire participants to explore their individual perspectives and build pathways to accepting different viewpoints and linguistic expressions.
Her executive coaching credentials (Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organizational Development AADCT by Vassilis Antonas) along with her expertise in prosody and voice coaching have driven her to understand how leaders can harness voice as a fundamental tool for influence and development. Having trained thousands of professionals, people with disabilities, and children, she recognizes that effective communication requires more than selecting the right words—it demands mastering the vocal elements that create genuine connection and understanding.
Founder of Mousiko Parathyro, a Music Coaching Centre in Athens focused on exploring inner musical identity, she has been dedicated to giving prominence to voice as a tool for personal and professional evolution. Angelos-Saverios Skempris
Executive Coach, Martial Arts Instructor, PhD in Electronic Engineering
An experienced R&D manager and consultant, Angelos has managed research and commercial software development teams and the delivery of projects in both the engineering and the social sectors. Having completed his studies as an Electrical & Electronic Engineer in Imperial College, London, he then took up a PhD in image processing and pattern recognition. He has helped start-ups, SMEs and research organisations successfully apply and deliver R&D projects worth over €30m in diverse sectors, such as Energy, Robotics, Healthcare, and others.
As an Aikido instructor for more than 15 years, Angelos has coached adult practitioners in their evolutionary journey by helping them build a robust contact with their centre. Angelos is the founder of Evolution Dojo, a budo coaching centre dedicated to the development of their physical and mental skills, perception, inner peace and centre extension.
Vivian Andreou
Learning Design Facilitator, Professional in Education & Sales, MA in TESOL/TEFL
Vivian is an experienced English Language Educator and Program Coordinator with a strong background in teacher education and learning design. She currently serves as a Learning Design Facilitator, enhancing Apodosis' strategic coordination and instructional design of training programs and workshops. Her dual role blends program leadership with pedagogical expertise to ensure transformative learning experiences.
Vivian is deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate growth, transitions, and meaningful learning journeys, and she brings a strong commitment to lifelong learning — both for others and for herself. As a working mother and lifelong learner, Vivian is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, further deepening her understanding of human behavior, mindset, and personal transformation. She has also joined the 2025 Trajectory course, offered by V.Antonas, a program designed to push the boundaries of Conductors to the limits of Advancement.
