This prestigious recognition is a testament to the dedication and expertise of our team, comprising Katerina Nikoloutsou, Lampros Zolotas and Michael Alexandratos, who worked tirelessly to develop and deliver a programme that met Erma First’s specific needs and objectives.
The programme, which focused on Communication, Coaching Skills, Structured Problem Solving and the growth mindset, has had a significant impact on Erma First’s business and workforce development efforts.
We are incredibly proud of this achievement and we could not have attained it without the invaluable help and support of Erma First’s HR team representatives, Nina Natsolari and Vivian Gavrili, to whom we extend our gratitude for the excellent collaboration.
Now in its second iteration, Erma First’s Learning Academy continues to be one of our showcase projects.
